The yearly production of the Farm is about of 45.000 bottles. There are two cellars, both made nicer by the pleasant exposed bricks; the smaller one, rich in wooden barrels, used for the wine ageing and the bigger one, used to work the product in steel.
From this latter, through an internal staircase, you enter the picturesque subterranean cellar crossing all the villa and the park and then terminating under the park overlooking on to the estate's entrance. Made up of several rooms, among which a really delicious one for the tastings among intimate friends, it opens itself into a big central room full of barriques, on which there is the “infernotto” in all its originality, crowded with old bottles that are more than covered with dust and that have never been touched to keep their authenticity intact. |
