Ancient Estate, whose origins go back to the second half of 1700s, is immersed in a natural amphitheatre with southeast exposition, in the centre of which, the farm centre is situated, a small multifunctional village, inside which, there are the rooms for producing the wines, the machine and device shelters, the spaces destined to hospitality and the tenant and agricultural worker residence. Such a condition, together with the consolidation in a unique body of the farm lands, give to the estate an harmonious equilibrium comparable to the one of a form of living on its own, with the heart, in this case the farm centre, in the body centre.
The farm is made up of 20 hectares of land totally, with some of the most usual cultivations of Monferrato (vineyard, hazelnut orchard, meadow, wood and a small kitchen garden for the familiar production).
For the value of the place and its buildings, the estate is protected as an historical and landscaping interest property.
